What You'll Do
- Champion consistent Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement—driving measurable progress and promoting operational excellence across teams. Through purposeful, well-structured Agile ceremonies, you keep teams aligned, remove blockers, and maintain a steady rhythm of forward movement with clear intent.
- You will coach teams to become increasingly self-organizing—building their ability to manage work, make decisions, and maintain a steady, predictable flow. In partnership with Product, Program, Technology, and Development, you provide functional-level oversight by tracking cross-team dependencies and using clear, actionable metrics to ensure work moves smoothly across the organization. You manage the end-to-end workflow, anticipating risks, coordinating dependencies, and guiding work from planning through completion. Along the way, you remove impediments at both the team and cross-team level to maintain momentum and keep outcomes on track.
- Build and interpret meaningful metrics using JIRA dashboards, trends, and data insights—leveraging this information to guide conversations, improve predictability, and support informed decision-making. By analyzing these metrics, you identify bottlenecks, track outcomes, and help teams make data-driven adjustments that strengthen performance and flow.
- You will lead teams through structured, forward-looking planning sessions that strengthen execution and improve the accuracy of estimates. By guiding teams to think holistically about upcoming work, sequencing, and capacity, you help them plan confidently and commit realistically. You also coordinate releases to ensure alignment across teams, reduce surprises, and create a predictable delivery rhythm that supports smoother outcomes and clearer expectations for stakeholders.
- You maintain clear, timely documentation in Confluence to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and visibility of action items, while also keeping team working agreements up to date so expectations, norms, and commitments remain transparent and consistently reinforced.
