Agile Project Manager – Secure Collaboration Program (DoD)

As an Agile Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving delivery excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement across a high-impact defense program.
Position OverviewYou will lead Agile delivery processes for a secure collaboration platform, ensuring teams are aligned, productive, and consistently delivering value. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you’ll foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and optimize workflows within JIRA to ensure visibility and efficient delivery tracking
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to drive performance and inform decision-making
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, helping to mature processes and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong experience leading SCRUM teams in complex environments
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Experience supporting DevSecOps-focused programs or environments
Compensation: $100,000+
