Responsible for managing projects using Agile
methodologies and serving as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and
support development teams while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best
practices.
- Lead and manage project
teams to deliver projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with
stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and
ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate
project risks and issues.
- Implement and manage change
management processes for scope adjustments.
- Promote Agile best practices
and continuous improvement within the team.
- Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular status
updates and risk reports to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks including Scrum.
- Experience facilitating
