We are hiring a Project Management Office with the following qualifications.
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Project / Program Management, with experience working closely with senior management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking environment
- Good understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong experience in preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations
- Familiar with vendor RFP/procurement processes, banking regulatory submissions, and legal/commercial agreements such as Cooperation Agreements
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other functions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to bring structure to complex projects, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive actions to completion
What you'll be doing :
- Drive end-to-end project governance and execution
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare executive-level project updates and recommendations for senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors
- Ensure project decisions, actions, and key agreements are properly documented and followed through
- Identify project risks and blockers and proactively drive resolution

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Project/Program Management, Accounting, Finance, MBA (preferred)
- 3-5 years relevant experience in financial, banking, tech, or consulting industries
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and leadership
- Proactive, detail oriented, well-structured with strong analytical and critical thinking
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced English proficiency
