WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a strategic and execution-driven Agile Project Management Office (PMO) Manager you will drive program governance, planning, delivery excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the Digital Consumer Bank.
This role is central to ensuring agile execution, transparency, and predictability across our software development and project delivery landscape.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts;
- Project Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end project delivery across DCB programs, ensuring adherence to agile principles, high delivery rigor, and visibility into program progress, dependencies, and risks. Ensure optimization of investmentes, review learnings and refine priorities.
- SDLC Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leaders to optimize the software development lifecycle, improve QA processes, and define metrics for code deployment and delivery predictability.
- Planning: Convert the strategic plan to execution plan aka delivery and go to market.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the connective tissue across business, product, operations, and technology teams to align on goals, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless execution.
- Program Structuring & Milestone Tracking: Define and manage scalable program structures; establish OKRs and monitor milestones to align delivery with broader strategic objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular status updates, insights, and executive reporting to ensure alignment and accountability at all levels of the organization.
Experience
- Proven product leadership experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks, proven ability to implement and mature Agile portfolios management practices and experience with Agile governance, budgeting and metrics.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a history of delivering market-disruptive, high-performance products
- Familiarity with banking products and a strong grasp of digital platform strategies and customer behavior analytics
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed, and geographically dispersed organizations
- Experience working in global environments and the ability to quickly integrate and influence cross-market teams
