En tant que développeur ou développeuse agentique, vous contribuerez à la conception, au développement et à l’évolution d’agents intelligents capables d’analyser des données, de raisonner, de prendre des décisions et d’exécuter des actions complexes de manière autonome. Vous travaillerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin de bâtir des solutions exploitant les grands modèles de langage, l’infonuagique et les architectures modernes d’automatisation.
ResponsibilitiesVotre quotidien
Concevoir et développer des agents IA autonomes répondant à des besoins d’affaires complexes;
Développer des flux de travail intelligents intégrant des LLM, des API et des systèmes d’entreprise;
Mettre en œuvre des architectures RAG et intégrer des outils externes;
Concevoir des mécanismes de mémoire, de raisonnement et de planification;
Évaluer, tester et optimiser la qualité des réponses et des processus décisionnels;
Collaborer avec les équipes de données, d’architecture et de développement pour la mise en production;
Assurer la sécurité, la gouvernance et la conformité des solutions d’intelligence artificielle;
Participer à la veille technologique sur l’IA générative et les cadres agentiques.
Les clés de votre réussite
Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans une discipline connexe;
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel et de 2 ans avec les technologies d’IA ou d’apprentissage automatique;
Expérience avec Azure, AWS ou GCP et maîtrise de DevOps et CI/CD;
Expérience avec LangChain, LangGraph ou des cadres similaires;
Excellente connaissance de Python, des API REST et des architectures distribuées;
Connaissance d’OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic ou Gemini, des bases vectorielles, de RAG, de MCP, de Docker et de Kubernetes.
Vos atouts supplémentaires
Expérience avec Microsoft Copilot Studio ou Azure AI Foundry;
Expérience en développement de systèmes multi-agents;
Expérience dans un environnement Agile ou Scrum;
Connaissance de modèles ouverts comme Llama, Mistral ou DeepSeek;
Connaissance des pratiques MLOps et LLMOps.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years of experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD
