You’ll be accountable for delivering and overseeing products from ideation to market release—and beyond. This includes everything from architecture design to customer implementation strategies. You’ll bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business viability, ensuring each product launch is smooth, scalable, and impactful.

Use AI capabilities—such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, or generative models—to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and elevate user experiences. You’ll know how and when to deploy these tools, always mindful of data integrity, security, and practical ROI.

You’ll influence not just individual projects, but the very way our organization and clients think about technology. From DevOps best practices and scalable integrations to AI-driven architectures, your work will drive lasting change and set the standard for future initiatives.

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale AWS implementations, alongside other cloud or hybrid solutions. Expertise in designing scalable, observable, microservices-based, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
• Agentic AI Product Development: Direct, hands-on experience embedding Agentic capabilities (LLMs, Multi Agent framework, Open AI Agent SDK/In house Agent framrework-based agents) into production systems. Must be able to discuss technical approaches, architecture decisions, and real-world learnings.
• Salesforce Expertise (Optional) : Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and Object Model. Proficiency in designing, building, and managing Salesforce integrations with external systems. Deep knowledge of Salesforce data structures, platform events, and cross-platform workflows (including CPQ, CLM, eCommerce and Billing integrations).
• Programming Skillset – Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend services for multi-platform enterprise applications.

Designing agentic AI involves mapping key components to AWS services

• LLM Integration: Utilize Open AI Agent SDK, LiteLLM, Inhiuse Agent framework for multi agent solution.
• Tool Execution: Implement AWS Lambda functions for executing specific tasks.
• Memory Management: Employ Amazon DynamoDB for storing agent memory and context.
• Workflow Orchestration: Use AWS Step Functions to manage complex workflows and agent

• 2-3  years of active involvement in designing and implementing robust API ecosystems across AWS and Agentic AI development.
• Expertise in API management, event-driven design, system observability, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.

• This is not just an oversight role:
• This role must actively develop, code, integrate, and troubleshoot solutions.
• Extensive coding, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work is expected alongside architecture and design responsibilities.

• AWS Serverless Expertise:
• Skilled in AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, Elastic Beanstalk, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and AWS CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Cross-System Interoperability:
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and data storage using NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce systems into AWS-based serverless ecosystems to enable event-driven, agent-powered workflows.
