Technical Qualifications
- Core Engineering: 6+ years of experience in Software Data Engineering with expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex etc..
- LLM Ecosystem: Familiarity with building/configuring context engineering mechanisms like - Model Context Protocol (MCP) , Skills, Plugins etc
- Terminal Proficiency: Comfort using Claude CLI for prompt engineering, debugging, and data exploration.
- Data Stack: Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
- AI workflows/Agents: Experince building agents and AI workflows using RAG, semantic search etc.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- The "AI-First" Habit: You default to using AI tools to solve complex problems faster, but you have the fundamental engineering knowledge to vet and correct AI outputs.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft precise, context-aware prompts to get the best architectural results
