ABOUT THE ROLE
Mariner is seeking an innovative Agentforce and AI Developer to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation within our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will architect and deploy Agentforce agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-enhanced advisor tools that elevate efficiency, personalization, and intelligence across our advisor platform. As a core contributor to our expanding AI initiatives, you will directly shape the future of advisor and client experiences at Mariner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents in Salesforce FSC to automate advisor workflows, client service activities, and operational processes
Develop and optimize agent topics, actions, and instructions using advanced prompt engineering for financial services scenarios
Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs, external data feeds, and financial planning platforms to extend agent functionality
Partner with FSC Solution Architects to ensure agent solutions are aligned with CRM data models, security frameworks, and best practices
Implement Salesforce Einstein features (Einstein Copilot, Predictive AI, Next Best Action) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for advisors
Conduct comprehensive testing of agent behavior, including handling edge cases, mitigating hallucination risk, and upholding compliance requirements
Monitor agent performance, analyze usage data, and refine agent workflows based on advisor feedback and evolving Salesforce AI capabilities
Stay abreast of the Salesforce AI roadmap, proactively evaluating and implementing new Agentforce features to enhance our platform
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow)
Direct, hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI technologies within Salesforce
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior in enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to design within Salesforce’s security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Proven skill in translating complex advisor workflows into structured agent-driven action sequences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification
Familiarity with the Salesforce FSC data model and advisor/client relationship management
Experience with MuleSoft integration patterns to enhance agent capabilities with external data
Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and compliance protocols relevant to regulated industries
