Job Description:
This job is responsible for closing highly complex syndicated credit facilities for which Bank of America is the administrative agent. Key responsibilities include reviewing loan agreements, managing issues and interfacing with internal/external partners and clients. Job expectations include maintaining integrity of deal and contract databases, clear communication and effectively managing workload. Additional responsibilities may include reviewing new deals, amendments, waivers, and consents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures loan agreement complies with Bank standards and operational feasibility
- Identifies and manages issues proactively
- Handles requests from, and provides strategic direction to, internal and external business partners and clients
- Demonstrates proficiency in credit products, the syndication process and governing documents
- Communicates clearly and with impact/influence to stakeholders and partners
- Thinks critically and maintains a high level of attention to detail
Required Skills
- Minimum of three years experience with the Syndicated Lending operations and process
- Ability to coordinate and be point of contact in deal/amendment closing process
