At Home Care of Kentucky is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to lead the daily operations of our growing home care organization. This full-time, on-site leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, team leadership, patient services, and organizational growth across our Personal Support Services and Private Duty Nursing programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with home care experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is committed to delivering quality care while building efficient, accountable, and sustainable processes.

Salary Range: $80k-$100k depending on experience, home care leadership background, and operational/compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of agency operations.

* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

* Ensure compliance with state, federal, payer, accreditation, and agency requirements.

* Monitor operational performance, staffing utilization, census growth, financial performance, and key quality indicators.

* Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

* Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.

* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational documentation.

* Build and maintain referral source and community relationships to support organizational growth.

* Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.

* Ensure timely follow-up, communication, and resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required. Additional education or training is favorable. A current RN nursing license is not required,  but could be beneficial. Nursing experience will be considered favorably, but preference will be given to administrative, management, and leadership experience.

* Home care leadership experience required, 3-5 years minimum preferred.

* Experience in private duty nursing, personal care services, home health, hospice, or related healthcare services preferred.

* Prior leadership and management experience required.

* Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, quality management, and regulatory requirements.

* Experience with accreditation, quality improvement, and operational oversight required.

* Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and implement operational improvements.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
