We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for our BOOST Afterschool Program (grades K–8) for the 2026-2027 School Year!
We’re looking for energetic, creative, and passionate Group Leaders—especially those who love working with elementary and middle school students of different learning styles. If you enjoy inspiring young minds, helping with homework, and leading engaging recreational activities, this is the place for you!
As a valued member of our team you’ll:
- Support students with homework and projects
- Lead fun, interactive games and activities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for all
Group Leaders must commit to a regular schedule of 3-5 days per week from 2:00–5:30 p.m.
FALL START DATE: August 10th! (Mandatory New Hire Training)
Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (12-15 hrs/week)
Starting pay: $18/hour
Minimum age requirement: 18 years
Education Level: HS Graduate or GED equivalent
Location: Currey Ingram Academy, 6544 Murray Lane, Brentwood, TN 37027

Skills Required
- Minimum age 18 years
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to commit to a regular schedule of 3-5 days per week from 2:00-5:30 p.m.
- Availability for mandatory new hire training starting August 10th

- Work on-site at Currey Ingram Academy, Brentwood, TN
- Availability to work 12-15 hours per week (afterschool hours)
What We Do
Currey Ingram Academy is a nonprofit, college-preparatory JK-12 day and boarding school in Brentwood, Tennessee, dedicated to students with learning differences like dyslexia and ADHD. Through small class sizes and evidence-based, individualized learning plans, the academy empowers students to achieve their fullest potential in an inclusive and supportive environment, combining academic excellence with specialized support services.
