- Greeting students and parents with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Being in charge of student dismissal and making sure this runs efficiently.
- Managing access to the building for authorized personnel only.
- Contacting students to confirm pickup.
- Providing a safe and secure school environment.
- Actively responding to incidents that threaten school security.
- Reporting unusual activity that might become a safety issue promptly.
- Actively communicating with Apollo staff members in the location.
- High School Diploma.
- Technological proficiency..
- A team player who can collaborate with peers.
- Previous experience in security and in childcare (6 months minimum for each).
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff members, and the public in general.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and create action plans related to the security and dismissal of students
