What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our partnerships program across Asian markets. You will work closely with internal marketing stakeholders and external partners, including financial publishers, comparison engines, and influencers, to drive partnership-generated revenue, optimize performance, and plan campaigns tailored specifically for the Asian market.

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese - Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or performance-based marketing
• Social media savvy for both Western and Asian social media platforms
• Experience managing affiliate programs through platforms like Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Everflow
• Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Financial background - An advantage
