We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate partnerships strategy - helping us reach more Canadians, faster.

What will you be responsible for?

North Star: Achieve a 2x year-over-year increase in home & auto insurance leads from affiliate partners.

Own YouSet’s Affiliate Partnerships

  • Lead the growth of our dynamic network of 70+ affiliate partners
  • Define and implement strategies to drive more leads from both new and existing partners
  • Serve as the internal go-to expert for all affiliate partnership opportunities
  • Use tools like Trello, RocketReach, LinkedIn, and Calendly to manage workflows and ensure timely execution
  • Set annual and quarterly objectives with senior leadership and consistently work toward achieving them
  • Report directly to the Co-Founder and CEO of the company

Sign New Affiliate Partners

  • Identify high-potential partners and stakeholders capable of significantly boosting home and auto lead generation results
  • Lead outreach, relationship-building, and negotiations to secure and activate new partners every quarter
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and all logistical aspects of the affiliate partner launch to ensure a successful start
  • Analyze results post-launch, test improvements, and collaborate with partners to optimize performance
  • Develop affiliate initiatives across major affiliate networks such as Impact, FlexOffers, and others

Grow Existing Affiliate Partners

  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis (CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics) to guide strategic decision making
  • Continuously test new marketing approaches with affiliate partners to generate better results
  • Prioritize and develop top-performing partners through tailored incentive programs that drive and encourage sustained growth
  • Own the design, automation, and optimization of performance dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the engineering team to support API and server-to-server integrations, as well as other tech-related tasks
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide partners with messaging, branded assets, and campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Serve as the internal affiliate partnership expert, effectively communicating vision, strategy, and performance insights across teams and to senior leadership

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, primarily in lead generation
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing $100k+/month affiliate marketing budget
  • Strong background in both sales (signing new accounts) and relationship management (growing existing accounts)
  • Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
