CPA Monetization Manager

We are looking for a CPA Monetization Manager for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market. This mobile app makes shopping more engaging and smarter. 

Key responsibilities:

• Affiliate & CPA Offer Management – Identify, onboard, and optimize high-converting affiliate and CPA offers to maximize revenue.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize for higher ROI.
• Affiliate Network Growth – Research, evaluate, and integrate new CPA networks and direct affiliate programs.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure all partnerships comply with platform policies and align with company's business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to enhance conversion rates.

Success metrics:

• Increased onboarding of high-performing affiliate offers per month.
• Growth in commission revenue from affiliate partnerships.
• Improved conversion rates and ROI from managed offers.
• Accurate tracking and attribution with minimal discrepancies.

Key challenges:

• Highly competitive CPA and affiliate market – Requires deep industry knowledge to secure the best deals.
• Balancing quantity vs. quality of offers – Prioritizing high-value partnerships over low-performing ones.

Skills and knowledge required:

Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge of CPA networks, affiliate marketing, and performance-based partnerships.
• Experience using CPA-networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, AWIN, Admitad, or similar platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate analysis, and ROI tracking.
• Proficiency in tracking systems like Google Tag Manager, Postback URLs, and UTM parameters.
• English B1+.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with mobile app affiliate marketing and tracking SDKs.
• Experience in e-commerce or fintech-related affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques in affiliate marketing.

Professional experience:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Monetization or CPA marketing.
• Proven track record of Ads or CPA monetization of apps.
• Experience working with direct merchants or CPA networks.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools.

Desirable:

• Background in e-commerce, cashback, fintech, or social shopping platforms.
• Experience managing teams or external affiliate managers.
