• Own publisher relationships. Serve as the primary contact, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

• Launch & optimize campaigns. From onboarding through daily performance tuning, ensure every campaign meets quality and compliance standards.

• Analyze & advise. Convert data, trends, and market insights into clear recommendations that boost ROI for publishers and buyers alike.

• Resolve issues fast. Triage questions, coordinate with Engineering on feature requests, and keep stakeholders informed.

• Represent the brand. Attend industry events and trade shows to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.

• Report results. Deliver concise monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to senior leadership.

Duties may evolve with business needs.

• College coursework (degree preferred)

• Polished written and verbal communication skills—confident presenter

• Working knowledge of sales or account-management principles and a passion for outstanding customer experience

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities
