Requirements for the candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate networks or the advertising industry
- Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI metrics
- Hands-on experience with top tracking solutions like HasOffers, Affise, Cake or in-house platforms
- Background in iGaming or betting verticals
- A passion for attending and learning from biggest industry conferences
- Strong self-organization and self-motivation to drive results
- B2-level English and Ukrainian
Responsibilities:
- Find and engage new partnerships for ensuring long-term
- Support and retain existing partners to maximize LTV
- Set up and adjust tracking for offers/campaigns
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily
- Control traffic quality and approve partner payouts
- Be proactive and bring new solutions and ideas – we truly value in Centro Team
