We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive our AI Dating project, build strong affiliate partnerships, and optimize traffic performance across various models, including CPA, CPS, CPL, and Revenue Share. If you have experience in affiliate marketing, understand traffic sources, and are ready to work with spicy content, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Source and establish new affiliate partnerships, expanding traffic sources in the Dating niche.
🔹 Manage and support existing affiliates, ensuring high-quality collaboration and performance.
🔹 Develop and execute affiliate promotion strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
🔹 Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
🔹 Monitor traffic quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and preventing fraudulent activity.
🔹 Assess and optimize partner performance to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
✔ 1-2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, traffic management, or partnership development.
✔ Solid understanding of CPA networks, affiliate programs, and traffic sources in the Dating niche.
✔ Knowledge of different traffic types – CPA, CPS, CPL.
✔ Strong analytical skills and experience with traffic trackers (e.g., Cake).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
✔ Comfortable working with spicy content.
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with AI Dating projects.
➕ Knowledge of Tableau and Amplitude for analytics.
➕ Existing network of affiliates.
➕ Deep understanding of how to attract users in AI Dating.
