Fogo is hiring an Affiliate Lead to design, execute, & manage an industry-leading affiliate program that will drive trading volume across Fogo & its ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate has experience managing an affiliate program, strong relationships within trading communities, and a deep familiarity with the DeFi space.

Location: South Korea (preferably) + Remote, Asia

Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia, with an optional office in Porto, Portugal. Remote work is the norm here.

Language Proficiency: English proficiency is essential, as it’s our primary language of communication.

Startup-level speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and love adaptable problem solvers who are eager to meet the evolving needs of the market.

• Design and manage a global affiliate program to drive user acquisition and trading volume across Fogo

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-value affiliate partners who have a strong influence in relevant trading communities.

• Develop performance-based incentive structures that leverage on-chain data to track affiliate contributions.

• Optimize affiliate campaigns using A/B testing & attribution modeling to increase ROI

• Utilize Fogo's affiliate network to enhance brand awareness in key geographic regions.

• Proven track record of managing an affiliate program for a major exchange or DeFi protocol

• Strong relationships with influential KOLs and trading communities, especially in Asia

• Deep understanding of DeFi user behavior, incentive programs, & on-chain analytics

• Exhibits extreme ownership & can successfully manage campaigns end-to-end
