AeroBarrier Channel Success Manager, Europe

(English & German speaking, French preferred)


SUMMARY:

Aeroseal Europe is looking for a commercially driven Channel Success Manager to rapidly scale the performance, revenue, and execution capability of our AeroBarrier partner network across Europe.

This is a hands-on role focused on turning signed partners into consistently high-performing operators. You will be accountable for partner growth outcomes: revenue expansion, project volume, market penetration, and execution discipline. Success in this role means fewer “logo partners” and more partners delivering real, repeatable commercial results.

You will own the end-to-end commercial relationship with AeroBarrier partners - from onboarding and market entry through to business planning, sales execution, and performance management. Working from jointly developed business plans and market playbooks, you will drive partners to execute effectively, remove commercial blockers, and hold partners accountable to agreed revenue targets.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will coordinate closely with Aeroseal Europe’s technical teams, who own certification and technical readiness, while you focus on commercial traction, pipeline conversion, and delivery at scale.

Reporting directly to the Director of Aeroseal Europe, this role is critical to turning AeroBarrier from a promising network into a high-performing, scalable channel business in Europe.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through channel or partner-led models in building technology, energy efficiency, construction-tech, or adjacent B2B markets
  • Strong commercial ownership mindset, with proven ability to build and execute partner business plans, define and defend pricing strategies, and credibly articulate ROI to senior stakeholders, developers, and contractors
  • Practical technical fluency in building systems (airtightness, HVAC, ventilation, or adjacent building-science technologies). You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with technical decision-makers and delivery teams
  • Organized, execution-focused operator with the ability to manage multiple partners, markets, and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German. French is preferable
  • EU citizenship or permanent work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Europe-based (remote), with willingness to travel extensively across the region (25–50%) to support partners in-market. Proximity to a major international airport is strongly preferred.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the commercial success of European AeroBarrier partners, focusing on revenue growth, project volume, pricing discipline, and execution quality
  • Refine the go-to-market strategy for AeroBarrier in Europe - including developing value propositions, defining target customers and buyer personas, selecting and optimizing sales channels, defining marketing requirements and pricing strategies
  • Onboard new partners to full commercial and operational readiness, setting clear expectations on go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, delivery standards, and performance targets
  • Act as the commercial owner for partner relationships, coordinating technical, marketing, customer support, and factory resources to remove blockers and accelerate results
  • Develop and execute partner-specific business plans and market playbooks, translating strategy into measurable actions and holding partners accountable for delivery
  • Support and influence pre-sales engagements, working directly with partners in customer, contractor, and consultant meetings to secure projects
  • Drive deal strategy and pricing discipline, supporting partners on project qualification, estimating and value propositions
  • Maintain regular cadence of communication with partners (annual planning sessions, quarterly business review, monthly pipeline reviews) 
  • Track and manage partner performance against defined KPIs, enforcing Aeroseal’s standards for brand, quality, customer experience, and commercial rigor. Implement continuous improvement measures to optimize partner performance over time
  • Identify underperformance early and lead corrective actions in coordination with Aeroseal’s Europe’s leadership team
  • Capture and deliver structured market, competitive, and partner feedback to Aeroseal Europe’s leadership team


SUCCESS METRICS:

  • Leading sales indicators: new opportunities, proposals, win rate, and sales cycle
  • Lagging sales indicators: bookings, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and references
  • Quality of execution - successful project execution
  • Partner engagement and retention

The estimated base salary for this role is EUR 70,000, plus a discretionary bonus target of 10%.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and country of employment, in line with local market practices.
