Job Description

As an AEP Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) systems. This position combines technical expertise with collaborative and problem-solving skills to support business operations and ensure system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitoring

   • Conduct 24x7 monitoring of the health and performance of AEP and AJO systems.
   • Ensure systems operate within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Troubleshooting

   • Diagnose and resolve system issues, including errors, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.

3. Technical Support

   • Provide guidance and support to development teams and business stakeholders.
   • Address queries and offer best-practice recommendations for system usage.

4. Incident Management

   • Efficiently manage and resolve incidents to minimize operational disruptions.

5. Documentation

   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

6. Collaboration

   • Work with marketing, data, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and issue resolution.

7. Deployment Support

   • Participate in deployment activities, including pre-deployment knowledge transfer sessions, design document reviews, and go-live preparations.

8. On-Call Rotation

   • Be available for 24x7 shift rotations to provide continuous support coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (full-time).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Hands-on experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Generic Managerial Skills:
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical explanations.
  • Excellent collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and creating knowledge resources.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call environment to maintain system availability.
