About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AEO (Advanced Experience Optimization) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist with 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically understanding North American markets and user behavior. This role will optimize digital campaigns, leverage AI tools, and provide actionable insights through user path explorations and behavior analysis, highlighting key hotspots for engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AEO initiatives to improve website experience, accessibility, and conversion paths.
Design and execute CRO strategies for landing pages, microsites, and campaign funnels.
Plan and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Analyze user behavior and site paths to identify hotspots, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.
Use analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, GSC) to measure performance and derive insights.
Leverage third-party tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) for keyword planning, competitive analysis, and SEO opportunities.
Apply AI tools to enhance personalization, optimize content, predict user behavior, and improve conversion outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT industry digital marketing, AEO, CRO, and SEO.
Strong and mandatory experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of North American user behavior and market dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of Advanced Experience Optimization (AEO), including strategies for improving user experience, engagement, and conversion across digital assets.
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, including predictive analytics, personalization, and content optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
