Senior AEM Support Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior AEM Support Engineer for Noida location with a robust understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and a comprehensive understanding of various associated technologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of AEM-based solutions, managing integrations with third-party systems, and supporting AEM-related development and administration tasks.

This role demands a versatile individual capable of navigating through various aspects of AEM support, encompassing technical expertise, problem-solving prowess, and effective collaboration within an Agile-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities:

• AEM Architecture: Understand AEM architecture, encompassing the OSGi framework, Sling models, and Sightly/HTL templates.
• Third-Party Integrations: Work with third-party systems and applications, particularly e-commerce platforms, in both headless and non-headless deployments. Work with Bridge, XD, Forms, and AssetLink.
• Search Functionality & Content Gating: Showcase expertise in implementing search functionality within AEM and experience with content gating techniques.
• Front-End Development: Display proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for crafting engaging and responsive user interfaces within the AEM environment.
• AEM Modules: Work with AEM modules, Dispatchers, Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.
• Database Basics: Perform SQL querying for data retrieval and manipulation.
• AEM Administration: Involve in AEM Admin-related activities to ensure system stability, security, and performance. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AEM support or related roles.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Manager for deployments and troubleshooting, resolving issues related to the Business Process Automation (BPA) Tool is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies for collaborative and iterative project execution.
• Good-to-have knowledge of AEM DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Certification(s) in AEM or related technologies would be advantageous.
