EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Website Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets)
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ADA and WCAG-compliant websites
- Familiarity with web accessibility tools (e.g., Site Improve) and manual accessibility testing techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working as a web developer or web project manager in a government, higher education, or large public institution environment
- Adobe AEM certification(s) or equivalent practical experience
