Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented AEGIS Weapon System Engineering Operations Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to be part a Talented and mission oriented professional team of federal engineers, active-duty Naval Officers and Contract staff who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get missile defense capability out to the Fleet. You will also be part of a team of some of the best and brightest Engineers and scientists our country has to offer.
What You'll Be Doing:

Operational and technical support to integrate existing operational command and developmental systems
-
Evaluate and analyze various elements of the Aegis Weapons Systems in support of Baseline (B/L) development and modernization for inclusion in shipboard modernization efforts
-
Performs other responsibilities and tasking by the customer in support of the Sea Based Weapons System mission as may be appropriate including, but not limited to Organization of daily electronic tasking as well as analysis of staffing levels

Evaluate the various elements of the SBWS (Sea Based Weapons System) and make recommendation to the Program Leadership in support of tasking assignments and staffing levels
-
Ability to understand and be familiar with electronic taskings and organizations roles and operations of the AB Program Office

Development of products to support program level decisions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
-
Master's Degree and 12+ years related experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of related experience
-
Ability to apply analytical rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems
-
Familiarity with Program Office Operations
-
Experience developing, drafting, writing and editing reports
-
Experience working with proposals
-
Experience with keeping detail documentation
-
Ability to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Prior experience with Aegis Weapons Systems

Experience with Program Office Operations

Technical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, Aegis Qualifications, Program Office Management, etc.

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
