Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented AEGIS Based Defense SM 3 Technical Monitor Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a talented and mission oriented professional team of federal engineers, active-duty Naval Officers and Contract staff who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get missile defense capability out to the Fleet. You will also be part of a team of some of the best and brightest Engineers and scientists our country has to offer.
What You'll Be Doing:
Defining Requirements and Scope
Identifying Deliverables and Dependencies
Drafting the Statement of Work
Contributing to the Independent Government Cost Estimate
May serve as on Technical Evaluation Team
Coordinate and consolidate SM-3 Reviews and feedback to contractor’s proposals
Execute a continuous cycle of surveillance, documentation, and communication to ensure the government receives what it paid for
Review Contractor Reports to assess project status, compare expenditures to work completed, and identify potential delays
Acts as a liaison between the contractor's technical staff and the government, communicating all observations and findings
Final Inspection and Acceptance
Reconciliation of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- US Citizenship with Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Mastery of MS Office suite and familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence or Teams
- Weapon System Experience
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- BA/BS Degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
