STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) preferably within a commutable distance of one of our southern national offices which includes Atlanta, GA; Acworth, GA; Duluth, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; or San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to open positions and develop recruiting strategies
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing
- Create talent pools and pipelines to support Business Units (i.e. Transportation, Construction Management, Buildings, Water, Power, etc.)
- Develop and negotiate competitive new hire compensation package/offers across a range of seniority levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required
- Demonstrated ability to run a full cycle desk with high-volume workload 25 – 40 reqs and proven track record of delivering result with 8+ hires per month
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to make outbound calls
- Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Workday or Dayforce)
- Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture
Compensation Range:
