The Opportunity
As an Advisory National - Design Associate, you will engage in innovative projects that focus on enhancing user experiences across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and services. You will contribute to shaping the future of user experience design by leveraging your creativity and understanding of emerging technologies. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical expertise.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on user experience design. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and experience through strategic design solutions. Your work will involve user research, prototyping, and usability testing, allowing you to apply your analytical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and development of user-centered solutions that enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints
- Conducting user experience (UX) research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into design projects
- Applying creative design skills to develop visual solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends
- Supporting the implementation of human-centered design principles to address user needs effectively
- Analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in design strategies
- Contributing to the development of customer experience (CX) strategies that align with business objectives
- Engaging in the iterative process of design development through prototyping, testing, and feedback
- Utilizing design tools and methodologies to create intuitive and functional user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX)
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of design concepts to stakeholders and clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients to support project success and personal growth
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
