Are you an experienced sales leader with a track record in the AdNetwork industry? We are seeking an Advertising Team Leader to spearhead our sales team and set new standards of excellence. You’ll be part of a stable and friendly team in a people-oriented environment that values trust, collaboration, and mutual support.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Advertiser Manager, at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory
  • Driven, enthusiastic team player and drive for achieving results
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • English C1

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Daily and monthly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and identify areas for improvement
  • Working closely with TOP management project 
  • Be a leader for the team of advertisers: hire, onboard, train, and oversee reporting
  • Collaborate with the publishers' team and work in synergy to achieve the project's common goals
  • Attend industry conferences and industry events (when required)
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
