The Advertising Operations manager will work closely with the Account Management team, setting up performance marketing campaigns and monitoring them for performance and quality. The Advertising Operations manager will assist in the daily testing, reporting and monitoring of campaigns by troubleshooting technical issues, increasing communication with clients, building reports, analyzing data, controlling fraud & optimizing quality to increase campaign performance.

Role & Responsibilities 

• Creating, testing and reviewing marketing campaigns on internal platform
• Troubleshooting tracking links, creative issues, delivery discrepancies, etc. 
• Whitelisting / Blacklisting networks 
• Reporting, data analysis, fraud control & optimization to improve campaign quality and efficiency
• Problem solving and troubleshooting support for Publisher/ Advertiser Account Management teams
• Troubleshooting tracking links, creative issues, delivery discrepancies, etc.
• Analysis of campaign data & reporting of such findings to the Account Manager in form of Action points
• A/B testing of campaigns, client reports, budget & revenue analysis as well as publisher cap allocations
• Organize own workload & make decisions based on their findings & experience of the industry
• Attend Industry events and listen to Industry related Ad Tech webinars to integrate yourself into your new learnings
   

Ideal Experience & Background

• 1+ years of experience in Mobile Advertising Operations BA/BS Degree
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel 
• Excellent prioritization/decision-making skills
• Strong analytical aptitude 
• Support clients as needed with technical issues in campaign 
• Excellent communication skills
• Self motivator
• Attention to detail
