The Opportunity:


This job is a unique opportunity to get to know more in-depth the supply side of programmatic. In particular how ad inventory monetization works from the point of view of a Publisher and get to discuss with a large number of SSPs/Demand Partners in the programmatic space.

You will be part of the Customer Success team at Pubstack. Working closely with our Partnerships Director and supporting her in developing a new project. This project aims to simplify and speed up the process of connecting publishers to multiple demand sources.

You will be key to making this new product successful and build a new team around it.

What will you do?

  • Assist Partnerships Director in onboarding clients on Pubstack products
  • Discuss with Clients to optimize their set-up and proactively find solutions, with the help of Pubstack products,
  • Troubleshoot the Clients' setup with the help of Pubstack products
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners
  • Support in contract review and drafting in collaboration with lawyers/DPO
  • Support finance team during monthly billing process

Who are we looking for?

  • 12/24 months apprenticeship
  • Basic programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills and curiosity around numbers and technical set-ups
  • Fluency in English & French (native is a plus)
  • Proactive, structured, organized
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams
  • A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
