Job DescriptionThe Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our clients customers and the sales pipeline.
Salary range: $42000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Set up appointments with potential clients, communicate with clients.
Attend business events with superiors.
Collect sales performance data and input into company database.
Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.
Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.
College degree in marketing, economics or business preferred.
Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.
High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.
Hard working, punctual, team player.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
