Your impact:

The Advertiser Growth Executive is responsible for driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of our advertisers on the Taboola | Project Agora platform. You will closely monitor campaign activity, analyze performance trends, and proactively collaborate with advertisers to help them achieve the best possible results and experience.

This role requires a combination of analytical skills, performance-driven mindset, and excellent communication abilities to ensure advertisers continuously grow their investment and satisfaction with our platform

Key responsibilities:

 Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor advertiser campaigns to ensure proper pacing, delivery, and goal alignment.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and trends.
  • Proactively recommend actionable improvements to boost ROI, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with advertisers to test new strategies, creative variations, and targeting approaches.

Advertiser Growth & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers to understand their goals, challenges, and potential for growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients expand their activity and adopt new features or products.
  • Ensure each advertiser achieves an excellent platform experience through proactive communication and tailored guidance.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, and Support) to address advertiser needs, resolve issues, and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to align on best practices, success stories, and performance insights.

 Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear and actionable performance reports to advertisers.
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations and identify patterns that can support broader team growth initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of advertiser growth targets (spend increase, retention, activation rate).
  • High satisfaction and retention rates among managed advertisers.
  • Consistent delivery of optimization insights and proactive performance recommendations.
  • Contribution to team and company-wide revenue and performance goals.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within Digital Media, SaaS, or AdTech.
  • Holds a BA/BSc in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Is confident using CRM and prospecting tools 
  • Possesses excellent English communication skills—clear, persuasive, and professional.
  • Is data-driven and comfortable working toward ambitious KPIs.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a genuine passion for building client relationships.
  • Can multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • Brings a self-starter attitude, collaborative mindset, and hunger to learn and grow in a fast-evolving company.
