Lead producibility engineering efforts for RF/microwave products to improve manufacturability, yield, and cost. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead producibility engineering projects and initiatives to enhance product manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize production processes and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in producibility engineering to support successful project execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production workflows and reduce costs
  • Interface technically with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root cause problem solving
  • Develop and maintain documentation.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in producibility engineering with RF/microware circuits.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to guide projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex producibility challenges.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing producibility strategies that improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,350.00 - $156,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
