As an Advanced Technology Manager Surgical Sales, you will be trusted to oversee the entire IOL portfolio, including Alcon’s PCIOL Accelerator Program and consignment in Sweden.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with Account Managers, strategic, and Pricing teams to provide the right customer solutions/bundles/EFAs.

  • Showcasing expertise in our products’ benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products by providing high technical consultancy in assigned accounts.

  • Developing new business with customers to achieve sales targets, and maintaining and optimizing existing relationships.

  • Following and reporting on competitor activities, and mapping competitive devices and digital platforms/services in your accounts.

  • Generating leads for and supporting VSM with Alcon diagnostic devices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Education: Degree in Optometry or equivalent.

  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Years of Experience: 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the surgical environment or other industries.

  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of all IOLs, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Behaviors: Customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and strong logical and analytical skills.
