• Collaborate with your team members and market unit peers to align individuals with projects, considering their goals, client requirements, team dynamics, and commercial viability.
• Support account teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information for efficient staffing and planning.
• Resolve staffing-related conflicts and collaborate to find solutions.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to stay informed about the future pipeline and anticipate potential capacity or capability gaps.
• Join staffing calls to gain insights into ongoing projects and address staffing challenges.
• Build a personal network and work with candidates to identify suitable project opportunities.
• Assist in highlighting skillset shortages to Practice Heads.
• Support the improvement of global staffing processes and guidelines.
• Provide support for staffing-related topics and processes.
• Advocate for the importance of good quality data.

• Demonstrated expertise of over three years in talent pool management, workforce and resource planning, delivery oversight, and staffing management within IT organisations.
• Good understanding of workforce analytics and the ability to interpret Supply / Demand (bench) data.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and the technical skills required for various positions.
• You leverage data-driven approaches to guide staffing decisions and enhance organisational processes.
• Familiarity with Digital services, Agile Software Delivery, and Consulting would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with client expectations in a professional services environment.
• A forward-thinking mindset to align staffing efforts with business goals.
• A bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Ability to navigate diverse viewpoints to reach optimal solutions.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and the ability to build credibility and trust with various stakeholders.
• Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated personal and professional resilience.
• Maintain composure and professionalism when managing conflicting situations.
• A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing highly responsive service.
