Advanced Software Engineer for Intelligrated Systems, LLC in Mason, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk with a specific focus on PLC-controlled machines and subsystems or control systems based on C/C++ programming languages.
- Support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues.
- Build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases.
- Develop broad understanding of customer needs.
- Support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools.
- Help develop Technical Support processes.
- Ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.
- Address systemic coordination issues.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of professional experience.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with the following: ability to code in at least one language; advanced level experience programming PLC and/or troubleshooting PLC ladder logic.
- Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience reading, reviewing, and interpreting electrical schematics and network drawings.
- Must have 1 year of experience with the following: customer support and/or customer facing experience.
- Up to 10% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
