Develop and maintain backend and frontend software for aerospace connectivity using Java/Spring Boot, JSP, and React. As an Advanced Software Engineer, you will be part of Aero Services and Connectivity Engineering team, where you will be working on software development projects to enhance and maintain critical software components and troubleshoot complex issues. Your expertise will optimize software performance and drive innovation.

You will be instrumental in developing software designs and working on both backend and frontend development and integrations with other Aero programs within Honeywell Aerospace.  You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. You will interface and exchange with internal and external customers, vendors, and suppliers throughout the life of the project.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Master / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ Years of experience in developing / designing / deploying medium to complex web applications using below tech stack.
  • Guiding and Mentoring team members
  • Good to have software architectural experience
  • Good to have

  • API Led Connectivity (Experience, Process Layer & System Layer)
  • UI SIT automation tools: Katalon Studio
  • Log Analysis: Kibana
