As a Advanced Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing software under the OnGuard product line. In this role, you will impact the security landscape by contributing to industry-leading solutions which protect and manage critical infrastructure for our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and safety.
This is a hybrid role (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform
- Participating in the full software development cycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
- Very good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably C++14 and above) and SQL
- Basic knowledge of distributed systems and client-server architecture
- Experience with and willingness to leverage GenAI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
