The position
As Advanced Service Manager - I at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation & maintenance of monitoring services, including APIs and dashboards from Splunk, AppDynamics and Nexthink
  • Take ownership of the service in operation/maintenance via joint ownership with the respective architects/advisors/stakeholders during projects and changes
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders/partners/vendors to collaborate and manage the execution of service tasks/activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of service processes, including vendor management, incident & problem management along with managing the service budget and licenses
  • Ensure good reporting on service performance and vendor performance with corrective actions as applicable
  • Ensure maintenance of compliance of the service and documentation through collaboration with internal stakeholder/quality responsible/partner


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of previous experience in IT service management role
  • 2+ years in performance monitoring services
  • 2+ years of experience in handling budget
  • Understands infrastructure concepts and environments
  • Experience with working with Agile framework
  • Good knowledge in ITIL (preferred)

The position is based in the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - a department with 500+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management, and Digital Workplace Services. The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure is an area consisting of 180+ people in 10+ product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world. In C&CI, we are globally responsible for all Novo Nordisk Cloud (Private and Public) and Corporate Infrastructure (Network and Connectivity) Services.
