Under this agency model, we are paying $20-$30 per hour for top quality candidates dependant on experience. You have control over the rate you set, and during the recruitment process we will guide you on what your skills and experience could bring you based on our client requirements and demand.

What is the Agency Model?

The model is simple: our clients are demanding thousands of hours of ad-hoc work per month. By removing a middle contractor and streamlining the communications between our staff and our clients, we are able to ensure the people working under the model are remunerated appropriately.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working very independently
  
• Commencing and maintaining your own relationships with our clients and self managing the progression of such relationships
  
• Supervising and maintaining your own roster and work schedule
  
• Completing your own training as mandated by clients or Crosbies from time to time
  
• Carrying out work as a security officer in property and personnel protection
  
• Ensuring uniform standards are maintained and exceeded
  
   
  

Requirements

We are seeking employees to manage their own shifts based on our demand. 

If you are currently employed full time, and your employer allows you to join us under the agency model, then this could be an attractive option for you to bolster your income while gaining experience as an independent operator.

Because of the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in any one of the following fields:

• Security in a supervisory or management capacity
  
• Policing
  
• Customs
  
• Immigration
  
• Probation
  
• Corrections
  
• Dog Control
  
• Noise Control
  
• Front End Service Roles for Critical Services (i.e. hospitals, banks, high risk workplaces) where dealing with confrontational and difficult people is a regular occurrence
  
• Other enforcement roles such as Fisheries, Transit Enforcement, Noise Control, Council Enforcement etc.
  
   
  

You will also be required to supply:

• Your own vehicle (does not need to be sign written)
  
• Your own mobile phone
  
• Your own tablet for completing your reports
  
• Professional footwear
  
• Cargo-pants (black in colour)
  
• Stab resistant vest (we provide these at cost-price and have loan vests available)
  
   
  

Benefits

Potential for intermediate operators to start on $26 per hour while advanced operators may be offered more dependant on experience.

You will be your own agent and the only person you'll report to is our client, or the Client Account manager.
