About the Role
Work with crossfunctional teams on multiple programs Ensures appropriate advanced product quality planning and qualityrelated global program management system process steps and proactive quality tools are being properly and thoroughly executed on a timely basis for all programs

Your Responsibilities
Attend preliminary ongoing program review meetings including PFMEA development to ensure robust manufacturing process and smooth program launch
Coordinate with CFT members and work closely with them to ensure all tasks gets completed efficiently without compromising quality of work
Maintain open effective communication with all level customer supplier internal team members
Prepares and presents technical program information to the Quality Manager
Evaluates qualityrelated global program management system program deliverables for effectiveness
Coordinate the activities and subsequent documentation for customer PPAP submission
Review and coordinate subcontractor APQP PPAP submission activities
Responsible for the development and issuance of all levels of measurement plan control plans other quality related documents as per GPMS deliverables
Internal investigation trouble shooting for quality concerns during launch phase Ensures quality issues are resolved prior to launch of product ensure mature quality at launch
Train QA auditors and operators on new issued control plans
Work with gage suppliers on new measurement equipment and gages for new programs
Coordinate the outside testing of parts as required per APQP activity
Generate statistical reports and data analysis during launch phase Track and maintain data analysis of key metrics and performance data as it relates to advanced product quality planning and global program management system process steps
Coordinate the GRR with the production department and forward results to the CMM programmers
Responsible for developing a calibration schedule for new gages and coordinating correction andor repair activities with external sources
Ensure timely completion of quality related tasks and to make sure all customer related requirements are met
Provide support to Quality Engineers at SOP and ensure smooth transition
Provide launch support at customer plants as required
Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications
Possesses a university degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum five years experience in the automotive industry with APQP experience
Certified Quality Engineer
Excellent knowledge of GDT advanced GDT applications global 8d problem solving DOE SPC
Excellent knowledge of measurement system analysis
Experience with PPAP revision 4 applicable customer specific requirements
Excellent knowledge of TS16949 ISO 14001 systems
Computer literate Microsoft Office Lotus Notes MS outlook Minitab
Excellent English language communication skills both verbal written
