Provide test and manufacturing support for mirror subcomponents, analyze yield and performance data, drive process and design improvements, apply Lean/Six-Sigma and RCCA methods, support test equipment, preventive maintenance, and new product development to improve cost, cycle time, and quality.

The ISC Engineering mirror team is seeking a Process Engineer with experience with test equipment and data analysis.

Responsibilities

•  Provide test and manufacturing support for sub components in the mirror area

•  Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.

•  Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

•  Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.

•  Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

•  Assist development of new products.

•  Support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.

•  Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:  

 •  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software

•  2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
