Duly Health and Care in New Lenox is seeking an Advanced Imaging/General Cardiologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• Seeking general cardiologists, especially with imaging experience, such as computed tomography
• Minimum Level 2 CT training required
• Preference for physicians trained or at least interested in learning structural transesophageal echocardiogram to support structural cases 
• Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Cardiology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
• Flexible scheduling
• Competitive total rewards salary between $475,000-$700,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$525,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $525,000-$700,000.
