About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex system configurations. You will work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to validate end-to-end functionality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Building and maintaining automated test frameworks: This involves creating and managing the infrastructure needed to automate testing processes
- Ensuring high-quality delivery: The engineer works to ensure that all system configurations are thoroughly tested and validated
- Collaborating with various teams: They work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to validate end-to-end functionality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and or Java, especially pytest and or cucumber for writing modular and scalable test automation.
- Solid experience with Playwright for end-to-end UI automation (web).
- Expertise in Locust for designing and executing performance and stress testing.
- Proficient in GitHub as a development platform: branching strategies, PR workflows, Issues, GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) with ability to apply advanced design patterns (factory, page object model, inheritance, encapsulation, etc.).
- Experience in writing complex and realistic test scenarios beyond basic happy-paths.
- Proven ability to refactor and scale large test codebases.
- Comfortable in Linux environments and common developer toolchains (git, make, gcc, etc).
- Effective communicator with ability to clearly document and present technical work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience working with microservices and REST API validation.
- Exposure to mobile automation frameworks like Appium or UI Automator.
- Familiarity with ISTQB, ASPICE, or ISO 26262 standards is a plus.

- Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
