About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ASPICE Lead Engineer to drive ASPICE compliance and quality excellence across automotive software development projects. The role involves leading process implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ASPICE standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables for OEM customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead ASPICE process implementation and compliance across projects
- Conduct process assessments, audits, and gap analysis to ensure adherence to ASPICE standards
- Drive achievement of ASPICE maturity levels (L2/L3) through structured quality practices [ASPICE_SQA_JD | Word]
- Define, deploy, and monitor quality KPIs and metrics for project performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process harmonization and improvements [ASPICE_SQA_JD | Word]
- Perform software quality assurance activities, including reviews, audits, and process compliance checks
- Support release management and quality gates across SDLC / V-model lifecycle
- Provide ASPICE training, coaching, and mentoring to project teams
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a quality interface with stakeholders, customers, and OEM partners
What You Need to Be Successful
Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in automotive software development / quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience in ASPICE processes (VDA scope)
Technical Skills
- In-depth understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes and framework [ASPICE Eng...6 to 9yrs | Word]
- Experience with SDLC models (V-Model, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) [ASPICE - 3 to 6 yrs | Word]
