Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to innovate key enabling technologies in cutting-edge projects.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of glass interposer reliability linked to design, fabrication, and assembly processes.
Design and execute test vehicles, stress tests, and characterization plans to rigorously assess glass interposer reliability.
Perform thermo-mechanical FEA analyses to support product performance and reliability assessments.
Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to proactively identify design risks and bolster product reliability.
Assist in module design activities for existing and future product innovations, enhancing overall development efforts.
Liaise with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring they meet project requirements.
Engage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that promotes rapid advancement of groundbreaking technologies and solutions.
Must-Have:
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB, ML/AI)
