Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Workflow to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing MM processes, along with designing and maintaining workflow solutions to streamline procurement and approval processes.

Roles & Responsibilities: SAP MM Functional Responsibilities
1)Configure and support SAP MM modules including:
2)Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ)
3)Inventory Management
4)Vendor Management
5)Invoice Verification
6)Handle end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.
7)Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
8)Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
9)Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
10)Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
Workflow Responsibilities
11)Design, develop, and maintain SAP Workflow solutions.
12)Configure approval workflows for:
13)Purchase Requisitions (PR)
14)Purchase Orders (PO)
15)Release strategies
16)Troubleshoot workflow issues and monitor workflow logs.
17)Collaborate with technical teams for workflow-related developments (ABAP).
18)Enhance existing workflows to improve automation and efficiency.
19)Integration & Collaboration
20)Work with other SAP modules like FI, SD, and WM.
21)Coordinate with technical (ABAP) team for RICEFW objects.
22)Support data migration and system upgrades.
23)Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions.
24)Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
25)Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1)Strong experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
2)Hands-on experience with SAP Workflow (WS, tasks, containers, agents).
3)Knowledge of release strategies and approval processes.
4)Understanding of integration with FI (Accounts Payable).
5)Ability to debug and analyze workflow issues.
6)Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
7)Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
8)Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
9)Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to meet business requirements.
10)Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues related to materials management and supply chain operations.
11)Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MM and other enterprise modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
12)Knowledge of data migration and system upgrade procedures within SAP environments.
13)Experience with S/4HANA.
14)Basic ABAP/debugging knowledge.
15)Exposure to SAP Ariba or other procurement tools is a plus.

Additional Information:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
SAP certification in MM (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills .
