Your Role
The Operational Governance team delivers collaborative, forward‑looking, data‑driven support for the global Investments and Distribution Services (IDS) organization. We partner with functional leads to shape strategic priorities, provide analytical insight, and embed consistent operational governance across people, culture, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. We track and report progress against our key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) and oversee key risk and control programs (RCSA, SOC, SOX, third‑party governance, SLAs), BCP/DR, and incident management. The team also leads and manages key strategic initiatives, collaborates and coordinates communication across IDS.
The Advanced Operational Governance Analyst supports the team by assisting with project coordination, communications, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to advance strategic initiatives across IDS. The role enhances coordination across global functions, implements tools that strengthen operational effectiveness, and drives process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
You will be Responsible for:
Assist with maintaining and documenting annual operating goals and initiatives, including regular progress updates and reporting.
Support coordination and logistics for employee communications (e.g., town halls, newsletters).
Identify and implement techniques that strengthen communication engagement.
Strengthen alignment of critical initiatives and improve the associated measurement framework.
Support team members on projects and initiatives, leading small efforts or components of larger ones.
Collect, organize, and prepare data and metrics for reporting across the team.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of data collection, storage, and delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency gains.
The experience you Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management or related experience in Financial Services.
Experience working in a global business environment across regions.
Hands‑on experience in project coordination/management and continuous improvement.
Ability to navigate challenges and drive resolution across business areas with support.
Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to senior leaders.
Expertise in developing high‑impact presentations for executive‑level audiences preferred.
Experience working in both co‑located and virtual environments.
Background in Investment Operations, Distribution, or Project Management preferred.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to build global relationships.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
Passion for learning and continuous development.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred but not required
